Some facts about us ...
The practice was founded by Scott Nimmo in 1983. We have always had a commitment to technology, we were the first British Veterinary Surgery to have a presence on the World Wide Web, the site from which this one evolved went live on August 95.We were the first practice in the area to be computerised and we were the first practice in the area to have an ultrasound scanner.
We are located in South Woodham Ferrers which is a town in South East England. The practice deals with dogs, cats and smaller pets such as rabbits, hamsters etc.
We have a more than adequate private car park exclusively for the use our clients.
We are proud of our clinic which has just been extensively refurbished. Our facilities include X-ray, ultrasound, and a modern comprehensively equipped laboratory. We also routinely carry out cryosurgery, ECG and other specialised procedures, we have excellent facilities to hospitalise sick animals.
We have met the standards required to be both a RCVS accredited small animal practice and vet nurse training centre
We try to be client orientated, we always try to ensure continuity by booking you with the same vet during a course of treatment. In this way clients an build a professional relationship with a vet whom they trust.
We are always happy to show clients and potential clients round the surgery, please contact reception to make arrangements for a visit.
